This paper also summarizes some disadvantages of the Saemaul Movement: the government should not be too strong at the beginning of the movement; the government must think of the economic power of the farmers; it is important to protect the rural environment and culture also.The social environment and problem in Korea when the Saemaul Undong Movement in Korea started are similar with the China. Three successful experiences can be used for reference in the New Socialist Countryside Construction Movement of China: rebuilding the work ethic of Chinese farmers; intensifying the leading effect of Chinese government; making the farmers be the principle part of China's New Socialist Countryside Building Movement.Nowadays, traditional rural culture in China is breaking up day by day while money worship becomes the farmers'maximal aim, and some excellent custom ,such as diligence, honest, guileless, have been lowered and replaced by the money worship. It must be put in the first place to establish new affirmative work ethic of the farmers in China's New Socialist Countryside Construction Movement, which consist of goodness, honest, love, hardworking, guileless and so on.The government of China as the sponsor is also the leader of the China's New Socialist Countryside Construction Movement, whose responsibility is serving the farmers. China's government has five aspects of measures to do concretely: breaking up the dualistic society structure between the city and the rural; increasing the farmers'income and building the foundation establishment of the rural, which can mobilize the enthusiasms of the farmers; building an effective management system to be competent for leading the movement; consummating the finance-devoting system; consummating the system of rural service, which is composed by rural finance system, commercial circulation system, market system and rural social security system.The farmers of China are the principle part of China's New Countryside Construction, they are the fundamental power to construct the rural. One big problem facing to us is how to bring the farmers into play. Maybe we should make great efforts in that four aspects: first, enhancing the level of the farmers'work ethic; second, seeking ask for some effective means of farmer's cooperation; third, enhancing the level of the farmers'self-governing; finally, intensifying the rural education and improving the farmers'diathesis.The China's New Socialist Countryside Construction is a multifarious systems engineering, it needs a great many efforts from China's government and the farmers, it also needs the participation of the other estates of China.
