Prospects Of The Modern Russian-Chinese Trade Relations

China and Russia concern to the number of developing countries. Trade relations between China and Russia have formed uniform system which can be influenced by both internal factors, and economic forces of the environment. Alongside with constant changes of external conditions, economic relations between China and Russia have undergone to significant changes.Trade relations between Russia and China are very important at a global level. Experts predict, that in the nearest 5-8 years the economy of both countries will reach an epoch enough fast development, cooperation of two countries will lead to achievement of the common strategic purposes. Last years transition to a global level is observed in relations between Russia and China. There were many problems existed in the past -economic, problems in bank system, system of quality check, etc., which were stirring the development between two countries. There are many problems in the Russian-Chinese trade system and its decision is the important task for the further development of cooperation. Very prominent aspect is development of cooperation at a regional level. For mutually advantageous cooperation creation systematized complex of some measures is necessary, it is necessary to set up general strategic purposes and the general policy on their achievement. Ten years' trade relations between Russia and China show that a basis of development is the mutual political trust and the common strategic purposes. There are reasons to trust, that in process of the further development commodity circulation between two countries will reach $600-800 million by 2010. The heads of the states have already expressed the concern in occasion of cooperation of two countries. During the past in China "Year of Russia" heads of the states had been listed measures for the further development of cooperation, including increase of importance electronics in trade of both countries, improvement of system in trade in the natural goods, investment in regional development, etc. 22 agreements have been signed, 2/3 from which is connected with development of trade relations. The factor of interdependence in the relations between Russia and China is obvious. And if bring corresponding corrective amendments in the policy of relations of two countries, it will undoubtedly lead to improvement of the further cooperation. To not miss historically generated opportunities of development of relations between Russia and China it is necessary to undertake a policy, to solve problems and difficulties. China was included into WTO, as well as Russia should be made this step too. Therefore observance by both countries of the basic market and economic principles is necessary. It also is a basis for the further development of cooperation. And also it is necessary the constant analysis of the market of both countries, revealing of features, an establishment of the strategic purposes. Construction of system for quality assurance of the goods and constant control of this function is very important. Use of available opportunities and prospects, will lead to strengthening of cooperation and achievement of the strategic purposes.
