Feasibility Analysis On Construction Of Middle Silicon Valley Of Shushan District In City Of Hefei

On the basis of plenty research on silicon valley all over the world, especially silicon valley of USA, this dissertation gives a scientific and all-round definition, generalizes a basic characteristic of silicon Valley, gets a basic condition of a region that want to build silicon valley ; Making use of eight on-the-spot investigation data of the city districts of six provinces of central China ,and adopting the method that combines qualitative analysis , quantitative analysis and SWOT analysis method, this dissertation clarifies the necessity that Shushan District in city of Hefei builds Middle Silicon Valley , and demonstrates the feasibility that Shushan District in city of Hefei build Middle Silicon Valley; this dissertation uses the multi-attributes decision-making method that combining AHP and TOPSIS method, which analyses the reason scientifically and carefully, demonstrates the choice that builds Middle Silicon Valley in Shushan district in city of Hefei is optimum; Lastly , this dissertation gives the concrete measures and suggestions that relates the reality of Shushan district so that it can guide the actual and concrete construction work.
