Study On The Knowledge Sharing Mechanism Among Supply Chain Collaborative Management

Supply chain collaboration refers to the coordination and joint efforts of the supply chain enterprises, which want to improve the overall supply chain competitiveness. The core of the collaborative management is the full cooperation of the enterprises, and coordinating to achieve the the common objectives, and the basis of the cooperation is mutual understanding, knowledge sharing, so, the supply chain partners can only through the sharing of knowledge, to achieve collaborative innovation, to enhance the cooperation between the enterprises operation ,to improve enterprises operational efficiency and to achieve the complementary of the various entity resources.This paper analyzes the knowledge flows go with business cooperation, technical cooperation, personnel exchanges and intellectual property transfer of the supply chain collaborative management ,summarized and presented the impact of knowledge-sharing factors. Secondly, the design of the index set to evaluate the level of the supply chain knowledge sharing, and the use of data envelopment analysis to establish the model of the evaluation, this model is suitable for evaluate the knowledge sharing level of the supply chain or its joint enterprises. Finally, the paper advanced the knowledge sharing mechanism of supply chain collaborative management, through infrastructure, learning, trust, cultural and so on, to promote the knowledge-sharing of all enterprises in the supply chain, to reduce the cost of access to the member enterprises, the cost of knowledge creation, and to improve the efficiency of knowledge application.
