Research On The Development Of Zhejiang Logistics Industry Based On Green Logistics

With the development of Zhejiang economy ,the degree of deterioration of the environment is strengthened day by day , a part as the economic activity ,the modern logistics industry faces the environmental problem too. How to promot the development of Zhejiang green logistics? This is a significant issue for the modern logistics industry of Zhejiang to cope with, because it is influential to the healthy and sustainable development of Zhejiang logistics industry.The paper analyzes the development level of Zhejiang logistics industry and the restraining factors to develop zhejiang green logistics in detail by applying the industrial economics theory and knowedge , on this basis it proposes effective ways to develop Zhejiang green logistics drawing lessons from external experience of green logistics.The paper initially analyzes the development level of Zhejiang logistics industry. By studying the logistics gross, the structure, and the sustainability of Zhejiang logistics industry, the following conclusion is obtained that there is a big gap between the logistics from the green because of management carelessness, high logistic cost, low logistic efficiency and weak sustainability in Zhejiang logistics industry.Then the paper analyzes the restraining factors to develop Zhejiang green logistics, which includes the inadequate infrastructure, backward logistics technology, lacking qualified personnel and the absence of environmental policies in Zhejiang logistics industry .Finally, the paper proposes effective ways to develop Zhejiang green logistics drawing lessons from the development experience of green logistics in America , Japan and Europe. It points out that we promote the development of Zhejiang green logistics by establishing green logistics ideas, rationalizing the industrial organization, optimizing distribution of Zhejiang logistics, quickening planning and construction of logistics infrastructure, promoting construction of logistics informatization and standardization, attaching importance to the construction of logistics education system , implementing the strategy of the talent and building logistics environmental policies,etc.
