The steady flow of tourists on a large scale is the lifeline of the tourist andtourist satisfaction is the fundamental motive force of the tourists flow. As the"Degree of Tourists' satisfaction" has already become an important sign of tourquality, and more and more is valued by theories field in all countries. So far, the studyof Tourists' satisfaction main concentrates on the content of Tourists' satisfaction,impact factor of Tourists' satisfaction, Tourists' satisfaction of inheritance ground andmeasure of Tourists' satisfaction at home and abroad. And the side of research be alsomain to regard the local visitor's tour satisfaction as principle, to inbound tourists'satisfaction research less.This text creatively made use of the method of research in the typical model district,picked out 14 provinces from 7 areas. With this 14 tour province data of inboundtourists' satisfaction for foundation, established evaluation model of inbound tourists'satisfaction by applicating Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation theory. Refine the relatedmain factor of the tour industry that influences tourists' satisfaction of the each tourprovince, and Be the first class evaluation factor of Fuzzy model, again establishedthe second class evaluation system bottom to the first class evaluated factors,distinguish with tour price, tour service level, tour facilities condition for evaluatefactor. After get the conclusion of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation, analysis inboundtourists' satisfaction of 14 tour provinces, talled up the disadvantage and advantage ofeach province, putted forward opinion and science suggestion to provide the basis andleading for the development of tour industry in future.The full text divides into four parts in the structure:The first part is to introduce the present condition of the research of satisfaction indomestic and international. Put forward realistic meaning and fulfillment meaning ofarticle research in controling in great quantities at home and abroad for the datafoundation of tour satisfaction research, and point out the way of thinking and methodof research.The second part is the usage principle elucidation of "push-pull":"Push" and"pull"two function has very important influence to the inbound tourists' satisfactio. Alsocommence from the function of"push", research the relation between inbound tourists' personal characteristic, tour motive and satisfaction.The third part from"pull" of the function, make use of Fuzzy ComprehensiveEvaluation to evaluating the main influence factor of 14 tour province and analyze theinfluence of each tour province's development level on inbound tourist' satisfaction.The fourth part is according to above "push- pull" principle, FuzzyComprehensive Evaluation theory and cross contrast of method, get conclusion withanalytical system.Through analysis proof, draws the following conclusion:(1)See from the angle of"push", the type of personal characteristic and tour motiveand tour satisfaction of inbound tourists is closely relate. Different the motive andcharacteristic of tourists have different requests for characteristic of tour attraction,market image and tour such as facilities and service. Through the analytsis, 14 tourprovinces have the biggest attraction for the first type of tour motive and the third typeof tour motive.(2)from the angle of"pull"theories, inbound tourists' total satisfaction of 14 tourprovince are different, which expresses tour industry of 14 tour provincesdevelopment level unbalance, exist serious grade difference in the region.
