Research Of Cooperation Among The Enterprise On Costume Industry Supply Chain Based On Game Analysis

Since the 1990s,competion has been more and more fierce day by day due to the fast advancement of techology, productivity and social economy as well as the rapid pace of the intergrating of global economy and the constant change of consumer demand.It is just under this background that the model of supply chain management arises,which emphasizes that the enterprises create their own core capabilities and establish the strategical partnership so as to focus energy on developing their own core business to win the advantage of compitition and realize common profit.Seen from the depiction above,the performance, even the survival and development of the whole supply chain relies on the partnership of estabishing,protecting and developing.On the basis of sumarising the speciality of the costume supply chain, this paper, aiming at the researching of the costume industry, which takes the hold balance position of our national economy, brings forward the model and means of the cooperation profit sharing to solve the correlative issues about the partnership among the enterprise on the costume supply chain.Firstly, using the relevant theory of enterprise cooperation on the supply chain, the paper summarizes the conception of supply chain and its management and cooperation partnership, e.t. Moreover, it expounds the role of cooperation partnership and the factors which influence the cooperation partnership.Secondly, the characteristic and organize mode of the costume supply chain are analyzed here. So is the importance to establish the cooperation partnership for the operation of the costume supply chain. The paper also, basing on business process, advances the collaboration pattern of it. Seen from the theory above, the paper constructs a there-phase-model, called enterprise cooperation stochastic argy-bragy model, for the sake of solving the conflicts and harmonizing the parternership in the cooperation course. At the same time, it advances a profit sharing model aming at benefit distribution. The different points of view to analyse the benefit from cooperation, will do good to direct the partnership among the enterprises on the costume supply chain.At last, the text choses a costume foreign trade company, We-Lead Group Co., Ltd. as an example to validate application of the game modle that goes along the enterprises on the supply chain after business intergrating. And more over, profit sharing, the very sensitive question is discussed into a deeper extent at the end.
