An Analysis On Political Risks In The Internationalization Process Of Chinese Enterprises And Their Countermeasures

With the accelerating internationalization process of Chinese enterprises,overseas political risk become a more and more tough issue for them. This thesistries to analyze the political risks in the internationalization process of Chineseenterprises and their countermeasures, and tries to provide a case analysis forworld politics on a micro level from the visual angle of an enterprise.First, this thesis introduces the basic background of enterpriseinternationalization and the political risks in this process. Second, taking Huaweias the core case, the thesis analyzes the overseas business development of Chineseenterprises and the political risks of all kinds in this process. Then the thesisanalyzes the causes of these risks on enterprise and market level andinternational politics level. Finally, the thesis proposes three kinds of politicalrisk management strategies for Chinese enterprises, which are the strategiesfrom the perspective of enterprise management and market operation, thestrategies from the perspective of politics and public relations at home, thestrategies from the perspective of politics and public relations at abroad.
