| With the flourishing development of tourism home and abroad since 1980s and Tibetan government's right leadership on local tourism, Tibetan tourism obtained a golden opportunity to develop itself and has got great achievements ever since then. Tibetan tourism gave its full play to the transformation of industrial structure and the ownership system, the accumulation of constructing funds, the enrichment of farmers and herdsmen and so on, which has been the new growing point of Tibetan national economics. Tourism, as the dominant industry, has been the necessary choice to accomplish the all-round development.According to different characteristics of Tibetan tourism in different times, this thesis divides it into five periods which are primary growth, slow progress, steady growth, rapid development and golden development. Through the comparison and analysis of them, this thesis summarizes the functions of tourism in Tibetan national economics. Following this and combining the characteristics of tourism as an industry and the theory of all-round development, this thesis analyzes the necessity of tourism being the dominant industry to stimulate the all-round development of Tibetan economics. Based on summarizing the advantages of tourism as the dominant industry and analyzing the restriction of tourism development, this thesis points out Tibetan tourism should follow developing principles and choose a right developing model, on which, the measures to promote Tibetan tourism are put forward.Conclusion: Sustained, steady, and rapid development of Tibetan tourism should follow the principles of sustained development, interregional cooperation, coordination of economical development and cultural heritage succession, choose the leading, advancing developing model, make an systematical plan from the tourism structure, products structure, the optimization of regional structure, talents cultivation and the perfection of information system in order to accomplish the all-round development of Tibetan economy early.Innovation: five periods of Tibetan tourism are divided according to their different characters in different times; the necessity of tourism being the dominant industry to stimulate all-round development of Tibetan economics is analyzed, combining the characteristics of tourism as an industry and the theory of all-round development; a right developing model of Tibetan tourism is pointed out in the light of Tibetan specific conditions. |
