The Analysis For Formation Mechanism Of Cluster Of Enterprises Based On Self-Organization Theory

The world is shrinking because of the global market and the more convenient transportation and communication system. But the enterprises in the same industry are not decentralized. Actually, the world economy is dominated by the cluster of enterprises. Further more, the cluster of enterprises influences the enterprises in the global economic environment. A separate enterprise can hardly satisfy the requests of the global market, so in order to develop ceaselessly it needs to cooperate with correlative enterprises and organizations to obtain enough resource, knowledge and information. The cluster of enterprises adapts the trend and shows great energy. So, whether the cluster of enterprises can copy? Whether the successful policy and method are suitable for all the cluster of enterprises? We need study the formation mechanism of cluster of enterprises to answer these questions.This thesis analyses the formation mechanism of cluster of enterprises based on the self-organization theory. First, the author explained the meanings of formation mechanism of cluster of enterprises by reading correlative literature and analyzing other subjects'research, then introduced the research overview at home and abroad about formation mechanism of cluster of enterprises to find the domain that can apply self-organization theory. The most important content of the thesis is that using the theory of dissipation structure, synergy and hypercycle included in the self-organization theory to analyze the essential condition as well as original impetus, start-up condition, impetus, accumulation of impetus, and selection of circumstance of formation of cluster of enterprises. Subsequently, the thesis shows a model of formation mechanism of cluster of enterprises which is abstracted from the research above. In the end, the author proved the conclusion by a case about the formation of Hsinchu-Taipei Science Park.
