As national power system reform is gone deep into continuously,performance management of manager in power supply companies can not already meet the needs of modern enterprise. How to arouse dynamic role and the enthusiasm of manager has become the main problem that we need to solve urgently. So it is very useful and meaningful for power supply enterprises to carry out performance management of manager effectively in the process of the reform of electricity system.On the basis of the expanding of performance management system in the view of system theory, the article studied the necessity and feasibility on applying control theory to enterprise performance management, and complete the foundation of control-oriented performance management system model. Then, the article takes performance management system for A Power Supply Company as research object. Starting at theories of modern performance evaluation, it makes full diagnosis and research and deduces the main contradictions and problems of manager performance management in A Power Supply Company. Aiming at the existent problems, the article form a new system that involves performance evaluation index system, and redesign the flows of the performance system. It's the keystone that resolves the index's quantitative for A Power Company of practice part of this paper. In the end ,the idea is to establish, introduce and popularize the appraisal method of main-basis two member in the perfect timing,with establishment of the model for power supply company.
