The internationalization & growth of enterprises is a new assignment emerged in these years. The development of the economy of developing countries needs the growth of developing countries'enterprises. The study of the internationalization & growth strategies of developing countries'enterprises is helpful to the growth of enterprises of China. On the basis of absorbing in the world-wide scope the latest research results and methods on the subject of the internationalization & growth strategy of enterprises, and mastering of the distinguishing features of developing countries'enterprises, this paper sets up a new research outline suitable to the strategy study of developing countries'enterprises, and makes positive researches on the strategic methods and strategic practices of the internationalization & growth strategies of developing countries'enterprises.The purpose of this paper is to study the strategic theory of internationalization & growth of developing countries'enterprises from systematic analyses of strategic goals, strategic environment, strategic modes and strategic direction, and makes empirical researches with case studies, so as to provide strategic notices and advices for the internationalization & growth of enterprises of China.This paper is divided into five chapters: the first chapter proposes the research background, the research value and the general research methods of the internationalization & growth strategies of developing countries'enterprises, and defines basic concepts; the second chapter reviews the strategic theories of enterprises from internationalization strategies and growth strategies, and discusses the intrinsic relationship of the both sides; the third chapter is the main body of the paper, makes a overall research on the strategic theories from strategic goals, strategic system, strategic choices strategic modes, and strategic effects and sets up a theoretical outline; the fourth chapter makes case studies with three typical enterprises from different countries and different industries, gets practical conclusions; the fifth chapter gives some strategic notices and advices for the internationalization & growth of enterprises of China based on the research achievements of the paper and the characteristics of our enterprises.
