Study On Evaluation Of The Regional Logistics Competitiveness

With increasingly accelerating economic globalization and regional integration process, the modern logistics industry has become a new economic growth point,and has promoted the development of regional economic. It has become the consensus to enhancing regional logistics competitiveness. Currently, a new round upsurge of logistics construction is springing up in China. But in the process of construction there are many problems, such as in-accurate positioning,low-level and redundant construction,which caused a great waste of resources. Therefore, the evaluation of the regional logistics competitiveness is of great significance.Based on analyzing the research actuality and existing problems of regional logistics, a scientific system to evaluate our domestic regional logistics competitiveness is constructed. Specific details are as follows:Firstly, the evaluation index system of regional logistics competitiveness is constructed. It proposes the quantitative methods of selecting indexes with subordinate degree analysis, correlation analysis and real discernment analysis for the weakness of qualitative analysis method and its strong subjectivity. The evaluation index system is constructed, which is composed of regional logistics competition environment, regional logistics competition competence and regional logistics competition potential.Secondly, the improved analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is conducted to evaluate the regional logistics competitiveness.The new scale 10/10-18/2 is put forward for the defect of 1-9 scale in the traditional AHP, and for the subjectivity of group decision making, the regional logistics competitiveness evaluation model is constructed after gaining more scientific index weight by modifying expert weight via the expert judging matrix consistency.Finally, the score of regional logistics competitiveness of 31 provinces in our country is accounted by the established regional logistics competitiveness evaluation system, the space layout of the regional logistics competitiveness and development trends are analyzed, and the development strategy of the western region to enhance regional logistics competitiveness is raised by analyzing the causation of the western region where the regional logistics competitiveness of our country is weaker.
