Financial Management Issue Analysis And System Construction Of China Private Non-profit Organization

With the economic and social development, the status and role of the private non-profit organizations in the social economy are increasingly prominent, the situation gradually made up of government, businesses and private non-profit organizations. Private non-profit organizations up to a certain extent, meet the public demand that the governments and enterprises can't supply. And it has become the third largest sector of the social economy. Since reform and opening up, especially since the beginning of the 1990s, the Chinese government has intensified the reform of market mechanism, established a goal of reform "small government, big society", private non-profit organizations have the development space and their number and size have significant growth. However, private non-profit organizations in the development process, have faced a variety of problems, the financial management is one of the key issues. The financial management issue up to a certain extent restricts the development of the organizations, so the research and analysis on the financial management issue of private non-profit organizations, the construction of financial management system are the most important at this moment. Research on the financial management of private non-profit organizations is the need for comprehensively building a well-off society, also improving the financial management system needs it.Through the method of questionnaire and interviewing combined, the author does analysis to the current situation of private non-profit organizations financial management, and analyzed the causes of the problems from the macro and micro level. In order to regulate the financial management activities of private non-profit organizations, strengthen the financial management capabilities, the author build a financial management system of private non-profit organizations from the strategic perspective of sustainable development, meanwhile putting forward that we should adhere to both development and management in the nurture process, make the private non-profit organizations play the initiative role in the social and economic development.
