Non-profit Organizations To Deficiencies In The System Of Financial Management And Construction

In recent years, non-profit organizations have played a very important part in our lives. Therefore, the development of NPO began to catch more and more people's attentions. But, in the same time, there are various problems in the course of the development of NPO. Among these problems, the deficiency of financial management is one of the most crucial problems, and many other problems of NPO have connection with it. So it's an urgent task to solve the problem of financial management of the NPO. This article tried to analyze the deficiency in financial management of the NPO from it's springhead and bring up the corresponding rectification associating with the six characteristics of NPO.
