Study On The Development Of Industrial Parks' Enterprise Network In Jiangxi Province

The climax of developing Industrial Parks has been formed gradually in our country after 1990s. But for ignoring industrial relevance, the division of labor and cooperation among enterprises in the construction of Industrial Parks, and lacking the consequential external economy and the concentrating effect, the development level of China's Industrial Park is far away from the requirements of forming international competitive advantage and the regional characteristic economy. Emerging network theoretical research has proven: the traditional strict border "castle-type" enterprise organization is gradually giving way to "open" enterprise network. Enterprise networks replace the vertical integration of large enterprises and become the mainstream of economic development, constitute a powerful competitive advantage for regional development.To explore the characteristics and development mechanisms of the enterprise network in Industrial Parks, and to make corresponding strategic adjustments to promote the development of enterprise networks, has become an urgent need for developing Jiangxi's Industrial Parks nowadays when facing new industrial environment. This article is divided into eight chapters to explore this question:Chapter 1 is introduction. It is to analyze and explore writing background, theoretical value and operation significance, and to point out research methods, innovations and the main problems that the dissertation focused on.Chapter 2 is literature review. This chapter primarily summarized the existing theoretical research literature on Industrial Parks and enterprise network systematically from economics, management science, systems science, sociology and other disciplines perspective.Chapter 3 is the general theoretical analysis of enterprise network. This chapter is about the definition and content description of enterprise network, analyzes the composition, features, main types and typical organizational forms in practice of enterprise network.Chapter 4 is development mechanisms of Industrial Parks' enterprise network. This chapter first analyses the major functions of Industrial Parks' enterprise network, and explores the industrial advantages of the basic resources in Industrial Park from new industrial zone theory, industrial clustering theory, social network theory and other aspects; Then from the micro perspective analyzes eight acts for enterprise to form network, from the overall perspective analyzes the Self-Reinforcing Mechanism of the Industrial Parks' enterprise network; finally explores the enterprise network symbiosis model, and points out the conditions that the network reached a stable symbiotic status.Chapter 5 is analysis on Industrial Parks' enterprise network structure.
