The Evolution Of Credit Fund Management System And Economical Vicissitude(1949-1998)

Since 1949 when the People's Republic of China established, our country'seconomy has experienced the earth-shaking change which was taken place during along developing process. The reform of economic system became the most importantforce for economic development and led to a series of vicissitudes in economic area.The system of credit fund management is an important part of the financial system aswell as the financial system is the same of the economic system. The system of creditfund management wintnessed four different forms which were the Unified Incomeand Expenditure, Responsible for Balance, Actual Credit and Deposit, andManagement in Proportion during the process of vicissitude. Every form hadimportant influence on economic development and vicissitude.In the past, there are some research on the system of credit fund management.However, on the one hand, there are few regional research on the system of creditfund management; on the other hand, most general research on the system of creditfund management focused on the state policies in this area. So there are no researchcombining the system of credit fund management and regional economic vicissitude.Based on this, my article will aim to reveal the relation between the system of creditfund management and regional economic vicissitude through focusing on the study ofdifferent four forms of the system of credit fund management from 1949-1998 inJiangxi Province and putting it's influence into the concrete historical scene andenlarging the observation on it's function historical process. In my opinion, theevolution of credit fund management system in Jiangxi Province is a result of theeconomic system reform. And as long as it was put into practice, it in turn broughtcontinuous increasement of economic gross of Jiangxi Province and became animportant factor of the industrial structure's long-term vicissitude. The evolution ofcredit fund management system in Jiangxi Province reflect not only it's owntransforming historical processs but also the vein of the financial systemreform. Through it's evolution, we can see the long-term vicissitude of economicsystem and economic development in Jiangxi Province during the past 50 year.
