Study On Institution Design And Innovation Of The Development Of The Guild In China

The guild of our country is entering into the high speed development time, and facing with great development opportunity, but the guild is restrained to "route reliance" system in the planned economy time, thus appeared "system locking". All this things causes the congenital immature development, cannot meet the social economy development by far. How to cultivate and develop the guild which adapts our country's social economy development is an important topic, but the effective system arrangement to development of the guild has not put into practice actually.So, the further investigation of the system defect of the guild and finding out the origin of the problem, putting forward the corresponding system design and innovate technological route, have great important meanings in advance to the development of the guild and the cultivation of citizen's society.The dissertation can be divided into five parts, The first part introduces the research goal and the research significance briefly, as well as domestic and foreign research present situation and the article research content and research technique; The second part theoretically analyzes the guild and the system connotation, lays the foundation for as follows research and the elaboration; The third part emphatically analyzes realistic difficult position of our country's guild system design and the innovation.
