Research On Key Influencing Factors Jiangsu Offshore Software Outsourcing Development

There are many characteristics of software outsourcing, such as much high additional value, little environmental pollution. The offshore software outsourcing is becoming an important growth point in service trade. Its development helps to raise the level of service trade and improve the structure of service trade. Therefore, this paper analyzes the factors that influence Jiangsu offshore software outsourcing. It has realistic meaning.The author reads lots of literature and uses the service trade theory (comparing the advantage theory and the competitive theory) to research offshore software outsourcing deeply. The author gets a conclusion that these theories are the foundation of its development.Firstly, by combining the theories and case studying, the author refines 30 factors. Then it describes the situation and characters of Jiangsu software outsourcing and makes sure 24 factors by using Delphi method. The author designs a questionnaire by making use of a likert scale. The author tracks some software outsourcing enterprises and experts and scholars in this field to carry on the questionnaire.Analyzing the valid data by SPSS 11.5, the author gets a conclusion: the demands scale of offshore software outsourcing, the tax policy and the cost of manpower have greater impacting on offshore software outsourcing in Jiangsu province. The development of computer hardware manufacturing industry, exchange rate of RMB and time lag have less impacting on offshore software outsourcing in Jiangsu province. By using a factor analysis method, original of 24 factors can be replaced by 9 key factors. Finally, the author discusses the result of the questionnaire and gets a conclusion: the competitive advantage strategy is the inevitable choice. The author puts forward four suggestions for establishing competitive advantages.
