researches the employees of knowledge-intensive organizations in our country on the basis of a measure of the degree satisfaction of employees and analyzes the scope and the situation of this kind of organization in our country. With the object of knowledge-intensive organization, this paper makes a research on the dimensionality of the influence on the degree of satisfaction of employees of knowledge-intensive organizations in our country.Other than the fact that in western countries, knowledge workers always consider the firms as the existence of main part, most knowledge workers in our country still work in unincorporated organizations, especially in non-profit organizations mainly comprising colleges, universities and academes. With the continuing high-speed development of the economy in our country, this kind of organization is in a tight corner of the high flow of employees that never happened. This paper describes the psychological-need and physiological-need characteristic of the employees in this kind of organization in our country on the analysis of the facts of the influence on the degree of satisfaction of the staff in knowledge-intensive organizations of our country. And what's more, it analyzes the human recourse management of this kind of organization, put forward some proposals about improving the style of management and finally establishes a set of conception model that is suitable to the management of human resource in knowledge-intensive organizations in our country. The author sincerely hopes that this paper can contribute a lot to the development of the management of human resource in knowledge-intensive organizations in our country.
