As a new brand after product brand and image brand, employer brand has been building and improving in foreign enterprises for some time. Private enterprises have become stronger and stronger these years, while there is a huge gap when compared with foreign enterprises in employer brand construction.Firstly paper points out the significance of employer brand research from the research background. Then paper analyzes the meaning of the employer brand. Employer brand contains interior brand and exterior brand. The research object of this paper is interior employer brand. Paper points out interior employer brand model and index system. Employer culture, human resource management system and enterprise strength are making up of interior employer brand model while attachment feeling, grow-upping feeling and achievement feeling are making up of interior employer brand index system.Private enterprise has six problems in constructing interior employer brand, including consciousness absence, training indifference, business culture indifference, unreasonable inspiriting system, brand characteristic absence, no consistent idea and action. Considering of the problems and analyzation, paper points out the way how to construct interior employer brand. In strategy part, the leader of the private enterprises should realize the importance and necessary, and mobilize every department to construct interior employer brand. Enterprises should increase invest in interior employer brand construction. In tactic part, paper points out private enterprises should improve the relation between employee and employer, harmonize the work atmosphere, advance dismiss skills, increase training and development system, design scientific pay and inspiriting system. In private enterprises, leaders should care more in grow-upping feeling and achievement feeling in this period. So improving training, development system, pay system and inspiriting system are the key tasks of the private enterprises.
