On The Countermeasures To The Development Of Guangxi Postal Savings In The Transitional Period

This article attempts to discuss the countermeasures to the development of Guangxi postal savings in the transition period with the knowledge of management science. Based on the mainly consideration of the conditions, the economic and market environment, the profession background and the tendency of the development of Guangxi postal savings as well as the SWOT analysis on it under the background of the development of China postal savings. Such development directions of Guangxi postal savings in the transition period has been put forward in this article: accelerating the development to perfect the corporate governance structure; market-oriented, strengthening the concept of reform and innovation; expanding the scale and setting up the brand image of postal service; extending the service domain by unions; and making the most of resources to develop the strategy of human resources. Then the author tries to seek the development strategy of Guangxi postal service in the transition period: to take effective measures to expand the scale and capacity absorbing and collecting; to intensify rural development of the postal savings business and seize the rural financial markets; to accelerate the pace of development connecting with actual conditions; to develop the category of asset in the postal savings business; to focuse on accelerating the exchange rate of new business marketing efforts; to step up promotional efforts to strengthen Post pools business marketing; to lay a solid foundation for business development with strong backing; and to pool to strengthen the management of funds, improving the internal control mechanism to prevent financial risks.
