Based on the macro environment of China's E-Commerce, this thesis tries to describe the current situation and innovation of the business models in the E-Commercial enterprises from the level of industrial analysis to a detailed enterprises study by using some economic and marketing knowledge. According to the widely accepted E-Commerce business models classification, China's E-commerce falls into three categories, B2B, B2C and C2C. Each has been further specified by means of integrated networks and industry vertical networks. By employing the SWOT Analyzing, Five-Force Model Analyzing and large amount of data research and other analysis means, this thesis analyzed the competition environment, advantage and disadvantage of the business models, and made some predictions on these models. This paper made research particularly on the business models of some typical enterprises in the E-Commerce market; meantime it recommended some other potential innovative models which can be of great practical value.
