By operating mobile advertisement, the telecom operators can fully make use of their existing resource, enlarge the operations' scope, make themselves be more important in the economy, all of which do much help to the telecom operators' transformation.Mobile advertisement is based on the investigation of mobile users' consumption habits, therefore, the operators can distinguish mobile users' interests and send them the individual advertisements, make sure the accuracy of advertisement's delivery. Furthermore, for the sake of mobile users' acceptance, consummate flow, flexible form and promotion are necessary. In the end, the telecom operators must set up a perfect industry churn, which contains numerous corporations, ad-agency and SP/CP.
