Research On Industrial Agglomeration Effect Of Economic Circle Of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei

With the reinforcing of economic globalization and integration, the regional industrydevelopment and space organization are confronting with never existed opportunity andchallenge. As an important regional industry organization form, industrial agglomeration itis acting as an more and more important role in economic development of every countryand becoming the main current of economic development. In this background, reinforcingthe research of industrial agglomeration has very important theoretical and practicalsignificance.As one of the three great city group, although Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei has someindustrial agglomeration advantages such as Beijing Zhong Guancun, Qinghe cashmereand Xinji leather, its competitive advantage is so weak compared with Chang Triangle andZhu Triangle. The weakness embodies not only in range, but also in quantity. Researchingthe industrial agglomeration, adjusting the industrial structure, improve the economicincreasing have important significance to Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.The paper adopts the method of combination of theoretical analysis and positiveanalysis and study including five parts as followings.The first part expounds the research background and significance of the paper, andgeneralizes the thought and method, next introduces theory frame and innovations.The second part introduces the different opinions of national and foreign scholars, andanalyzes the important effect of industrial agglomeration on the development of regionaleconomy.The third part analyzes the fundamental circumstances of industrial agglomeration inBeijing-Tianjin-Hebei. First, it expounds the conditions of industrial agglomeration.Second, it introduces the current situation of industrial agglomeration. Third, it analyzesthe problems of industrial agglomeration.The forth part analyzes the industrial agglomeration in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei withpositive method. First, it analyzes the level of industrial agglomeration inBeijing-Tianjin-Hebei with the reformed CES function. Second, it analyzes the influenceof industrial agglomeration to productivity and regional gross product according toregression model and grey model. Third, it forecasts the agglomeration elements of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei with grey forecast method.The fifth part, according to the above analysis, puts forward countermeasures on howto improve the industrial agglomeration and regional economic development inBeijing-Tianjin-Hebei. First, we should improve the regional economy to developcoordinately, cultivate the advantage industries, optimize the pattern of industry, constructBeijing-Tianjin-Hebei economic increasing belt. Second, the government should play animportant role, create great policy and environment for industrial agglomeration. Third, weshould adopt various measures such as building industry garden area, cultivatingcharacteristic industries to boost the industrial agglomeration. Forth, we should reinforcethe coordination of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei to boost the course of urbanization in this area.
