Making A Study Of The Talent Strategy Of COSCO Qingdao

It is already a consensus among the industrial circle that the qualified talents, as a kind of rare strategic resource of enterprises,are the determining factor in promoting the core competitiveness of an enterprise and ensuring its profits and maitaining its sustainable development.The competition of modern enterprises is at last the competition of excellent talents.To maintain its position in the economic tide, enterprises should take the strategy of strengthening themselves by full development of talents, so as to meet the challenge of global revelotion of science and technology.This thesis studies the talent strategy of state owned enterprises from the viewpoint of enterprise itself.The preamble deals with the backgroud,target and maintan content of the topic. Chapter two explores the basic theory of the talent strategy. Chapter three makes a comparison between national and international enterprises in terms of the talent strategy.Chapter four studies the actual situation of the enterprise and Chapter five makes a study of the talent strategy of COSCO Qingdao and puts forward the measures and suggestions of the strategy.The purpose of the thesis is to explore the talent strategy of state owned enterprises in combination of the actual situation of the author's company for the sustainable and healthy development of enterprises.
