Hotel Cost Control Research Under The View Of Recycling Economy

With the rapid development of economy, many problems have show up, such as, the shortage of resources, environmental pollution and ecological protection. The recycling economy has become the basic national policy of China. Hotel industry is a large resource consumption industry, which meets the lodging requirements of the guests through the consumption of a great deal of resources and energy. The sustainable development of hotel industry is a development of the industry in question, and relates to the sustainable development of the whole society as well.From the theory research of recycling economy, this article analyzes the content and the character of recycling economy, and points that the fundamental compatibility between the recycling economy and hotel cost control management, the new request between them, and how to decease hotel's energy consumption and material consumption.Through the research, this article has proven my viewpoint or the innovation in following aspect: (1) the hotel complex production system needs a cost control thought and a management way to carry on the instruction and the management. The view of recycling economy can effectively coordinate the modern hotel to reduce the operation cost and the guidance ecology expends, form the new competitive advantage, promote society progress, realize the sustainable development, make effective use of resources and so on;(2) in our country, there are some problems in the hotel's present cost control pattern, the energy consumption, and the commodity consumption, which are unsuitable to develop the recycling economy. The hotel managers must acquire the ecology cost control consciousness, the consummation cost control system, and develop the cost control management. They should realize the energy crisis, construct the energy conservation plan, use the advanced energy conservation facility and technology, carry out the ecology marketing and the service idea, make the work flow again, strengthen the reject management and so on. All the concrete measures are made to raise the rate of energy use, resources delivering and the circulation use , which will circulate the recycling economy to pass through in hotel's management.
