| Ever since the 1980s of last century, Northeast China, the old industrial base in history, has descended in the economic status comparatively.The provincial status of the three provinces of Northeast China is different from other areas of China.The problem they are facing is not only the traditional"Northeast China Phenomenon"—which means that the mineral resource lacks, the industrial structure loses its balance, companies are hard go grow, the revenue descends badly and it is short of successive industry, but also the agricultural issues existed in Midwest.As the important bam of our country, the Northeast three provinces are confronted with problems like large stock of agricultural goods with traditional advantage, slow increase of farmer income,and it is hard to elevate the revenue of agricultural economy.As the production cost of agricultural products is high, and the competitive strength is not good, these are called by somebody as"New Northeast Phenomenon".Now,"Northeast Phenomenon","New Northeast Phenomenon", and"Post Northeast Phenomenon"go together to make the task of revitalizing old industrial base harder and more complicated.This article combines the theoretical analysis and positive analysis together, the comparative analysis and historic analysis together, quantitative and qualitative analysis together, and takes Northeast China as a whole, adopts the analyzing method of system theory to make a complete and systematic argumentation for the economic cooperation of the Northeast three provinces to work out a real, reliable and correct conclusion.This article has totally three parts:Part 1 introduces the background and the problems within the development of the Northeast three provinces'economy, and also introduces the current situation and other problems existed within the economic cooperationPart 2 explains the necessity of the economic cooperation of the Northeast three provinces, and analyzes the comparative advantage of each province.Part 3 gives some countermeasures according to the analysis above. |
