Study On The Benefit Distribution In The Process Of Land Requisition

Land is the important productive factor, as the rapid development of urbanization and economy, land also become the necessity for regional economy development, so the unequal benefit distribution in the procession of land requisition is paid much attention increasingly and need to be solved further.The city of Huhhot and Baotou is the important impetus for economy development in Inner Mongolia, more and more land was requested and farmer's unemployment behind the economy development. in this thesis, illustrate the whole nation's common problem in the land requisition firstly, positive analysis with the method of step analysis and single factor is the second step on the city of Huhhot and Baotou secondly, the aims to find the factual circumstance and the common and different points compared with the whole nation during land requisition in inner Mongolia thirdly, put some advice on reason benefit distribution between farmer and government finally, these advices are as follows: the manner of land requisition,improvement the compensation standard,pay and use the money of land requisition compensation immediately and rightly,strengthen the transparence degree in land requisition,esteem the farmer's right and deal with the unemployment reason because of land requisition to solve the unsteadily factor in farmer's living.
