For many numerous advantages, online reverse auction mechanism is quickly spread at home and abroad as transparent and efficient procurement tool, but the disadvantages it brings can not be neglected neither, especially it affects the cooperative relationship between buyers and suppliers in supply chain, so brings instability. This paper analyzes current development statement of reverse auction based on reviewing numerous papers, and summaries hot arguments in academe, also put forward some measures to improve the cooperative relationship in supply chain.Firstly, the first chapter summarizes the current development of reverse auction comparing with traditional aution, electronic negotiation and electronic biding, restricts the concept of reverse auction, and reviews its development, points out the study direction of this paper.Secondly, I studies "WDP(winner determination problem)" , It is a hot argument in multi-attribute auction fields. For the unreasonable assumption of weight and subjectivity, I put forward many improving algorithm, expand the assumption condition, and also expand study ideas for the future.Thirdly, I draw the conclusion of biding strategy of two sides, and analysizes the multi-attribute auction based on benchmark model, evaluates the effectiveness of bid strategies in a single attribute ERAs(Reverse auction), Multi-attribute ERAs.Then , This paper also design the framework model of single attribute auction, multi-attribute auction. For the current requirements of short period, several rounds condition, It study multi-attribute model based on intelligent agent, analysize the time and workload savings it brings.The creation point including: firstly, defining the concept of reverse auctions, especially current domestic ERAs have different translation such as : reverse auctions, procurement auction, anti-auction procurement, anti-electronic procurement auction, reverse auction procurement. Secondly, drawing the conclusion that multi-attribute ERAs improve cooperative relationship between buyers and suppliers. Thirdly, analyzing the bidding strategy of two sides,including "late bids" strategy in single attribute ERAs and optimal bidding strategy in multi-attribute auctions. Fourthly, put forward general auction Framework model,including single attribute, multi-attribute auction and Multi-attribute model based on intelligent agent.Based on the above study, the paper forms a unified reverse auction system and structure, the conclusion can be used for decision support of business. |
