The Research In Use Model And Administration Policy Of Central City Land In Xuhui District Shanghai

Land is the base of human life. The development of society and economy depend on the land. The land is not only limited resource, but also renewable resource. And the land have the character of reuse. So it is very important to use land in a reasonable pattern.After the large-scale urban reconstruction, the land resource of central city is very limited. But the development of society and economy need the land. And the urban plan also need the land. So it is necessary to make research in the central city land use model and administration policy.This article focused on the shanghai Xuhui district, analysed the land use model of the last ten years in xuhui district to sum up the successful experience and drawbacks. In this article I analysed the character of the central city land resource. Then I try to put forward a proposal in land use model from the theory. And from the practice, I will make some suggestion.
