Research On Vocational Education For The Peasant Workers In Construction Based On Nanning City

With the continual construction and development of cities, the peasant workers in construction play more and more important role. But they are all lack of the vocational capability. So they can't find their jobs easily, or they have low treatment. It's necessary for the peasant workers to take part in vocational education.However, the effect of the vocational education for the peasant workers in construction is not very well at present because of the cognition, mechanism and policy circumstance. How to train the peasant workers is a very important problem for the construction of Nanning city. To solve the problem of the vocational education for the peasant workers in construction in Nanning city, this thesis designs a vocational education system that contains train organizer, train content, teaching material, train mode, train effect evaluation, train market, train financing and train propagandism. Then the thesis gives some feasible measures to the vocational education for the peasant workers in construction of Nanning city, such as laying down policy for the education, strengthening harmony among the organizers and trainers, etc. Through taking these measures, we can train the peasant workers in construction of Nanning city better.
