The Impact Of CAFTA On Private Enterprise Of Guangxi Province

China-Eastern Union Free Trade Zone is the first foreign facing free trade zone of our co untry. And it is the3rd largest free trade zone in the world. The fast growing of Eastern Union is not only an opportunity but also a challenge. This article is focus on research and analyze h ow to grow Guangxi private enterprises, under the influence of CAFTA, on the base of united territory economic and great support of private enterprise development of the nation. The topi c is base on statics and analysis economics to diagnosis the influence of the establishment of CAFTA, towards the national trade between Guangxi and Eastern Union. The conclusion is C AFTA has positive impact to it. At the mean time, we analyze the advantage and disadvantag e of Guangxi private enterprises, by theories and facts. Long:Firstly, from detail analysis the impact of both challenge and opportunity of China-Eastern Asia Union Free Trade Zone to G uangxi private enterprises, and using the analysis of the fact, by the established competition r ating index of private enterprises, We conclude that, although great achievement been done fr om Guangxi private enterprises in terms growing, it still lacks of competitive and faces many problem with further growth. Secondly, from benefit and impact of CAFTA to private enterpr ise point of view, the economic and trade development is not consistent, since China-Eastern Union Free Trade and Guangxi enterprises mainly consisted by private enterprises, who are n ormally weak competitive in operation, small in corporate size, lack of resilience in exposed to challenge, limited corporate running experience, lack of conscious to brand name, under in vestment in trade and services. Finally, we suggest the solution in terms of policies, ways of f unding, human resources building, brand name establishment, and environment protection, fro m both universal and territorial point of view.
