The development of the foreign direct investment, the spring up of the multinational corporations, the proportion of the trade in the industry's unceasing rising, the international division of labor's unceasing deepening cause the relationgship between the foreign direct investment and the foreign trade more and more valued by the international scholars. Since the reform and open policy, the foreign direct investment massively has welled up into China, already becomes our country's some certain industry's foreign trade development's important power, however ,there is no doubt that the impetus effect accurately appraised by the foreign direct investment to our country's some industry foreign trade development needs to carry on the quantitative analysis and the qualitative analysis. At the same time, what's the influence did the foreign direct investment have, whether the foreign direct investment to some industry foreign trade change the structures'unbalanced of some industry's foreign trade to our country's, all are need to be carried on the objective evaluation based on some industry's economical datas. Based on that, this article is based on the foreign trade of our country's electronic information industry which is the most obviously affected by the foreign direct investment, carries on the systematic analysis to the foreign trade development of our country's electronic information industry which affected by the foreign direct investment.In the partment of the fundamental research, the article through to the history and the research clue's development about the international trade's theories and the foreign direct investment's theories,to form an unified theory frame about the foreign direct investment and the international trade intrinsic relations. In the part of the real diagnosis analysis, this article first based on 1992～2003's electronic information industry's datas, comprehensive surveied the influence of foreign direct investment to our country's electronic information industry's development, trade way, total amount of the trade and so on. We hope that we can unfold the infouence of the foreign trade and the development of the electronic information about the foreign direct investment to our country industry.This article further proposed policies to our country's electronic information industry brings in foreign capital,and suggestions to the foreign trade policy formulation related policy suggestion.
