Research On The Community Participation Of The Forest Eco-tourism

In recent years, with the rapid development of eco-tourism, it is increasing at the speed of 15%-20% every year, and becoming a new trend and necessary choice of sustainable development of tourism industry. In various eco-tourism, for example forest eco-tourism,sea eco-tourism,prairie eco-tourism, the most deeply in love and easily accepted by the general tourists , is the forest eco-tourism. The development goal of forest eco-tourism is pursue forest traveling destination ecology, economical and society's harmonious Para genesis. To guarantee this goal finally realizes, carrying out the community to participation is necessary.Based on the idea of community participates, this article has mainly used the system analytic method, real diagnosis analysis and standard analysis union method, community investigation and interview method to system analyze the community participates in the forest eco-tourism. This article divided into seven parts.The first part is a survey, consisting of background of a selected title, meaning of study, status of academic study and technological means of study. This part puts forward technological route of study on the basis of analysis of studying the theory meaning and realistic meaning.The second part outlined the community to participate in the forest eco-tourism. Some relative concepts are defined, such as forest eco-tourism, community participation and so on. Elaborated the strategy significance of community participates in the forest eco-tourism development.The third part analyzed the conditions and the dynamic system of the community participates in the forest eco-tourism. The conditions include: community's inhabitants must have the participation eco-tourism development consciousness, the authority and the corresponding ability. The dynamic systems include: the policy and guidance to community participation eco-tourism development, and so on,The fourth part constructed the pattern of the community participation in the forest eco-tourism. The pattern including three aspect contents, such as establishing policy-making mechanism and so on,The fifth part analyzed the safeguard mechanism of the community participation in the forest eco-tourism. The safeguard mechanism includes: the knowledge training safeguard, the information safeguard, the organization safeguard, fund safeguard, and legal safeguard.The sixth part is the real diagnosis analysis in community participation. Using present paper research results and conclusion, this article selected the Qishan forest park to set an example.The seventh part is a conclusion. Summarized the main research results of this article, expounded the question that will continuity discuss from now on.
