With the marketing competition is increasingly aggravated, in these years, to build and maintain the loyal customer become important more and more for corporations . So, this paper focuses on the influence factors of the Regina Co., Ltd.'s customer loyalty, using the latest research result of customer loyalty, combination the theories of Regina Co., Ltd. 's industrial marketing and industrial purchase behavior characteristic.As a result, an influence factor model is provided for Regina Co., Ltd. customer loyalty. A variety of study approaches are adopted in the research such as theoretical analysis and interview survey. This study demonstrates and examines the influence factor model of the Regina's customer loyalty. The study leads to the following conclusions:The Regina's customer loyalty includes six factors as fowllowing : customer satisfaction , customer value , relation and trust, cost for change, brand and imagination ,environment. All this six factors directly influence the Regina Co., Ltd.'s customer loyalty.
