The loyalty customers are the bases of existing and development of an enterprise.For the industrial goods firms'development of China,we must insight on the definite of customer loyalty and it's comprise factors ,driven factors.Systemic reseach on the customer loyalty of industrial enterprise was done in this paper.After reviewing the development of theries and practices in both domestic and international field,the customer loyalty is defined.Base on these works,the paper analysis the current situation of marketing method and the future development to state the necessary of customer loyalty management for industrial enterprises.After analyzed customer loyalty and the relevant concepts and it's essence,pointed the four level of customer loyalty and the value of customer loyalty hase been analyzed also.To guide enterprise marketing activity,specially studies the classification , form mechanism and driven factors of customer loyalty .Customer loyalty appraising system and general factors which affect cutomer loyalty have been done to guide indusrial enterprise practice.Next,the way of establish and foster customer loyalty which fits for industrial firms hane been discussed.The customer loyalty management policies based on customer value and customer switching costs have been tried to provid help on industrial marketing which can improve the long-term profit performance.
