| With the durative deepening and development of Chinese reform and opening,the stress of market competition requests more to enterprise managers. The competition among the enterprises is not only limited in the field of financial and material resources, the human resources is becoming the most important capital for the enterprise to win the competition. In the human resource management of treating people as the base, the salary plays a very important roll for the staff, that means, the salary system has a very close relationship with the future development of the enterprises.The research object of this dissertation is ZH Company Shaanxi Branch, which was set up by a state insurance company in 2003. The people of this company, especially the management staffs, are lost in high frequency in recent years, which makes negative influence for the normal business and increases the personal cost. The improper salary system is an important reason. Therefore, the purposes of the dissertation is setting up a new salary system to ZH company by integrating the theory and practice. The research background of dissertation is firstly introduced. Then, some kinds of main theories of salary inspiriting are reviewed and the theory base of supplied research is described. The salary system of ZH Company is then briefly introduced, the problems and inconsistency are analyzed to find the ways of solving problems .And then, the broad-banding theory is used, which forms the broad-banding plan for ZH company Shaanxi Branch. Finally, the necessary used mechanisms of the broad-banding system is described, and the relevant conclusion is drawn.The dissertation tries to bring the broad-banding system to ZH Company Shaanxi Branch by researching the broad-banding theory to solve the existent problems of the company and increase the staffs' satisfaction and loyalty to the company. |
