Logistics Management Based On E-Commerce

In 21th century, E-commerce has penetrated into every managerial field. E-commerce has changed traditional economic structure, at meanwhile, logistics also has been influenced. Up to date, the relationship between E-commerce and logistics is much closer than before. Firstly, E-commerce has efficent to logistics activities greatly. The onrushing development of e-commerce has brought the revolution of the field of circulation, and prompts the change of distribution from tradition to informationization, modernization and socialization. On the other side, logistics' effect to E-commerce can't be overlook too, the development of e-commerce also urgently needs the support of this new kind of distribution. So, logistics basing on the E- commerce and it's management really need researching new fields. This paper systematically reviews and analyzes the characteristics and challenges of corporate logistics in terms of combination of E-Commerce and logistics operation.This dissertation falls nine chapters, in view of some questions about logistics management basing on the E-commerce, introduced basic logistics theory and logistics management general discussion, expounded the details about the logistics pattern basing on the E-commerce,distribution management,information technology, reverse logistics. The third chapter introduces M-commerce and unifies its essential technology and the logistics management by conformity of ERP, SCM and CRM. The seventh chapter introduces system development and running environment and attempts using the delphi language and the object-oriented technology to design the logistics management system. The main functional structures to the system are designed and explained.It ends up with the conclusion of the results in the previous study, and based on investigation and analysis of the logistics management basing on E-Commerce in China, the developing trend to forecast logistics management under E-Commerce.
