Application Research On The R&D Of Elevator Tractive Machine With Taguchi Methods

With the increasing competition of international quality, the manufacturing industry in our country continually realizes the importance of the product quality. The design accounts for 70%, the manufacture accounts for 30% in the product quality contribution, the management only guarantees the realization of product quality. Therefore, it is the most effective quality control method that starts from the beginning to improve the product quality, The taguchi methods is a most powerful weapon which precisely improves the design quality.Therefore, combining with the design and the research and development of the elevator tractive machine, the paper discusses thoroughly the taguchi methods theory and the practice research. Based on the quality engineering theory, applying synthetically the fundamental theory knowledge and the research methods such as mathematical statistics, quality management science, mechanical engineering and electric engineering science, the paper advance further the taguchi methods theory system, and expounds thoroughly the relevant concepts and principles about the implementation of the three stages designs. According to the practical application of the taguchi methods, the successful implementation processes of the three stages designs are summarized, and the concrete problem should be paid attention in every step of research and implementation. Finally the implementations difficulties of taguchi methods have been analyzed under the present situation in our country enterprise, and the effective propose on settling difficulties are putted forward.The researches on the paper indicate that there are certain theory flaws in taguchi methods, so long as the suitable measures are adopted in the parameter design stage which is the essential stage of three stages designs, the flaws do not affect the application value of this method, the successful implement of this method can be obtained with the most possibilities. This part is also the key of the paper.According to the latest theory of Doctor Taguchi, The paper further improve taguchi methods on basis of original theory, and taguchi methods was firstly applied to the design and R&D of elevator tractive machine, which change the traditional design method, improve the product quality and reduce the product cost. Some achievements were obtained, which is different from the original research work of taguchi methods and R&D of elevator tractive machine.
