Research On Combination Of Industry With Finance Of Our Country's Enterprise Groups Based On Competitive Advantage

Under the objectives of big size, strength and internationalization, in recent years our country's enterprise groups try to practice combination of industry and finance(CIF)by emulating the experience of some international renowned enterprise groups. International experience shows that CIF is an effective way for enterprise groups to consummate the financial functions, accumulate resources rapidly, reduce the costs and risks during operating, thereby gain competitive advantages when it develops to a certain size.In the views of improving competitive advantages of enterprise groups, this dissertation generalizes the successful experiences of international renowned enterprise groups' CIF and also compares the positive effects of competitive advantage with CIF of enterprise groups. This dissertation points out that the scarce strategic financial resources and the synergy arising from integration of industry resources and financial resources are the roots of competitive advantage. It is conclude that the financial integration is the most pivotal procedure. Besides, this dissertation divides the CIF into prophase, metaphase and anaphase which are affected mutually, then analyses the mechanism of improving enterprise groups' competitive advantages by CIF, and establishes the idiographic framework of CIF basing on competitive advantage. At last this dissertation forms a theoretical model of the CIF's process on the basis of the research above. In addition this dissertation does deep research on analysis of financial environment, identifying their own core competencies, consultation and exchanging, integration of industry resources and financial resources, risk management when analyzing the framework of CIF. At last, combined with our country's enterprise groups' CIF practice, this dissertation puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions in the views of enterprise groups and government respectively on the basis of systematic analysis and theoretical research, which has important guiding significance to our enterprise groups' CIF henceforth.
