The competition strategy is one of the important competition tools of business enterprise, is the business enterprise foundation of the strategic management. By analyzing the internal and external environment of the LINGNAN.GROUP Company, adopting the strategy analysis model, this text puts forward four competition strategy ways for the LINGNAN.GROUP Company in the profession of IPC development, and solves organization and implement of the competition strategy of the LINGNAN.GROUP Company.With the assistance of macroscopic and microscopic, qualitative and quantitative discussion, the thesis, which is based on LINGNAN.GROUP Company, studies and analyses the company's resource, ability, advantage, inferior position, risk and chance. At the same time, the paper demonstrates the company's existent situation, running direction and competitive strategy in competitive environment, and then puts forward the implementation project and running strategy.With the elements of the analysis of company's strategy, the thesis tries hard to show logic and arts of the analysis of a company's strategy. Such as PEST method, models of five competition forces, EFE matrix, fuzzy analytic approach of the core competence, SWOT analysis, QSPM analysis etc. Finally, the paper forwards the practical suggestions for the resindevelopment in LINGNAN.GROUP Company.
