Case Analysis On Financial Management System Of S Group

With the development of economy and the deepening reform of property right system, our enterprise group expanded violently. Until now a large quantity of enterprise group with suitable scale and strength has formed, and its finance management has transited from primary management to standardized management. Meanwhile, many problems appeared inside of the enterprise group owing to the influence of macroeconomic policy and microscopic enterprise management, and so on. The development of finance management system lagging in the development of enterprise business goal, and the management system being unfit for the request of finance management, that is the important reason of the decline of enterprise benefits. Therefore, researching on the evolution of enterprise group finance management and its functional effect, exploring the scientific finance management system with enterprise's actual development condition, has the extremely important practical significance.Taking the current situation of finance management in S group corporation as an example, this dissertation consisting of two parts analyzes the evolution of S group corporation's finance management system, in the purpose of setting up the solid foundation for the enterprise to improve the level of enterprise finance management, to propel the reform of property right system, and to head for the market-oriented economy.Part one of this dissertation mainly expounds the evolution and the current situation of its finance management system in S corporation. It presents the evolution of the first phase, the fast-growing phase and the adjustment phase of its finance management system in S corporation, it also describes the current situation and the existing problems of S corporation's finance management system, put forward the direction of S corporation's future development.Part two analyzes S corporation's finance management system in details. Starting with the definition of finance management system, it analyzes S corporation's finance management system in different period from its organizational structure, division of labor with individual responsibility of position, inside-control system construction, application of managing measures and analysis of financial operating results, reveals the universal problems existing in the course of finance management of a group enterprise, and put forward the policy and thoughts of how to adjust the finance management function such as adjusting the organizational structure, the cost control system, and the risk management system, meanwhile it provides the beneficial reference of finance management for those similar developing enterprise group.
