Quality function deployment (QFD) is a kind of product-developing method which is driven by customers. It changes the customer needs into product attributes, components characteristics, techniques characteristics, quality and manufacturing plan or such technical requirement information, which makes the products meet the customers' needs.This dissertation analyzes and researches the QFD and axiomatic design (AD) deeply. The house of quality (HOQ) has been studied including traditional HOQ and developing hierarchy house of quality (HHOQ). Then the research of QFD based on AD is deployed. It follows as below:1. The concept of QFD, disassembling modes and the core thought of QFD are expatiated.2. The creating procedures of traditional HOQ are discussed including the acquirements of customer needs and the method of getting the weight of each design requirement in the programming stage as well as the method of ensuring the evaluating the technical competing ability. Then the method is testified by an example.3. The multi-attributes decision-making method has been researched. Because of the limitation of traditional HOQ, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method with hierarchical structure is used in the HHOQ to optimize the weight of each factor in order to improve the precision of the project and an example is used to illuminate the method.4. The basic concept of AD and related design axioms are analyzed deeply. A new evaluating method is put forward based on AD and QFD. This method adopts HHOQ to acquire the weight of each factor and establish the model based on information axiom. Moreover, the evaluation model is in quantity and intuitionistic. Finally, the differences between two kinds of HOQ are acquired through analyzing a case.5. The dissertation develops a software evaluating system based on the previous theories. The system not only acquires the weight from traditional HOQ and HHOQ but gets the differences from the graph. Finally, the evaluating method which is combined information axiom with HHOQ estimates the different projects.6. The future work is put forward in the dissertation.
