New and high technology industry, as the strategic commanding point of the development for most countries, directly concerns the national competitiveness and their status in the world economy and politics. After China entered the World Trade Organization, the new and high technology companies have to directly face the fierce competition from the powerful international corporations since the national economic system has been included in the world economic system. With consideration to the serious situation, it is one important path to develop the new and high technology industry by way of internationalization since management will contribute a lot to the competitiveness of the new and high technology companies in China.On the basis of the above mentioned economical and social environment, this paper is intended to study the international operation and management of the new and high technology industry in China. Firstly, the current development situation of the new and high technology industry in China is analyzed, including the analysis of the historical development, the size of the industry, the import and export, the market, the investment and the risks prevention, the foreign capital and the aboard capital.
