Especially in 21 centur, the IC's new technology and new product develop very fast, It give more opportunity to this industry' s enterprise. As a freshman in this industry, CS corporation how can use the strength, overcome weakness, avoid the threathen and hold the opportunity at the same time is this thesis' s emphases.First, the thesis description the scale market capacitance, develop status, market characteristic, and analysis supply, need, the competition. Compare the difference between industrial product and consumable product, study their purchase action, find out the ADC chip market opportunity.Secondly, the thesis use the marketing, strategic manage theory and tool to analysis the market opportunity, these analysis include macro-environment, industry-environment and the enterprise' s environment, find out CS corporation' s strengthen, weakness, opportunity and threathen. On these base, get the market segment, defining the CS target market.Finally, combination the marketing and strategic theory, establish a series market strategic and plan, include product, price, place and promotion.
