Research On The Optimization Model Of Systematical Economic Structure About Petroleum Cities

Petroleum City is very important types of the city, and it is an major component of the national economy, during the transforming process of state-owned enterprises and the old industrial base of China, the economic development of the petroleum city have strategic Status to China's economic development. The start of the petroleum city depends on the petroleum resources, but the rise and fall of the later dependent on the development of other industries and the transition to an integrated city beside the petroleum resources. Judging from the situation of overseas, the development of later is the continued prosperity, stagnation or recession. It is significance for us to analysis the development regulation of these cities.The paper start form the structure of the economic system of the petroleum cities, build the model with the method of system dynamics, with this model, we analysis of the characteristics of the petroleum city's economic system, development regulation, and then giving the suggestion of the petroleum cities from the system angle.At first, the paper introduces the characteristics and special of the petroleum city and the situation of studying, after this, we have a general understanding on the petroleum city of our country. Then our analysis of the current situation and existing problem now, and analysis the present situation on economic structure emphatically, that is used as a basis for setting the target system of petroleum city's economic system, then establishment model and equations on system dynamics. By running it and checking it, we can see that the model is able to do well for the analysis system economic structure of the petroleum city, the results is suit with the actual situation, and forecast the condition of economic development. At the same time, the structure of the economy can be change by adjusting some controllable indicators, which is essential to us understanding the laws of evolution of the petroleum city's economic structure ,and it also have important theoretical value for adjusting the policy as the situation and the problems is different.
