A Study On Sustainable Land Use In The Process Of Urbanization

The urbanization can bring the violent fluctuation to the social-economic relationship, while accelerate the reform in the utilization of the city country land, it also cause a series of problems to the harmony development of the village and city. The urbanization has to rely on the using of the land, one of the most important natural resources to the existence and develop of the mankind, In the progress of urbanization, land always play a very important role. In fact the reutilization of land is also significant to the mankind society.Whatever the adjustment of industrid structure, the assembling population or the construction of the infrastructure should be realized by the relocation of land.The fast development of our country economy speed the progress of urbanization. What followed is the exploitation problem occurring in the using of city land .On the view of sustainable utilization, the issues focus on the unlimited utilization of the civil land, the low efficiency, the unreasonable planning and declining of the ecosystem environment function.At present, the problems of utilization of land in our country hinder the progress to urbanization. Facing the reality, this paper researches the land exploitation problems based on the macroscopic background of urbanization with System-science theory, Science-development view, Sustainable-development theory, person-ground relation theory. Through a research in the process of urbanization, The paper looks for the rules in land dynamic movement and analyzes the factor in the exploitation of the land , makes a reasonable scale for the city land using, builds up the authoritative evaluation system of exploitation in the city land .Keeping the harmonious relations between the land and human, keeping the concept of the reasonable use of land , this paper will put forward a measure for the land reasonable exploiture ,at last combining the actual circumstance of Yi Chang City the paper will certificate the maneuverability of the evaluation system , meantime analyzed the existent concrete problems . Naturally, a kind of evaluation system does not suit all cities completely, the effect of this paper mostly remains on the instruction in researching method, the analysis of concrete problem should be based on the suitable index according to the actual circumstance.In the final analysis, the exploitation of land in the progress to urbanization still be the develop problem, keeping sustainable progress is the ultimate target of development. Land, particularly the land's sustainable exploitation can be one of the critical factors in the development, so in the urbanization process making use of land efficiently and intensively for a reasonable structure, for the reciprocal effect in both side, for the maximizing of synthetical benefits has an important and realistic meaning in the city land using system.
