The land belongs to the non-renewable resource, it is the resourcesnecessary for human survival and development. In particular, thecontradiction between people and land in China is becoming increasingly acute,how to better solve the land resource utilization and social harmony,sustainable development is a major contradiction between the urgent problem.In recent years, the theory of sustainable development have attractedextensive discussion and research, promote the sustainable use of landresources in the development of theory and practice, sustainable land useevaluation related to also get thorough research at home and abroad, the wholeevaluation system including the sustainable use of land resources theory,methods, evaluation, evaluation index system construction of concreteevaluation of the impact of factors etc..Demonstrated the progress in this paper, study on the sustainable use ofland resources evaluation, development trend of theoretical research,empirical research focus in Jiangxi Province, Fuzhou city as an example,evaluation of sustainable utilization of land resources. Four aspects ofresource, environment, economy and society, on the basis of the actualsituation in Fuzhou city selected the construction land annual growth rate,the annual decrease rate of cultivated land, construction land per capita,the per capita arable land, grain yield per unit area, construction of urbangreen coverage rate, per capita public green space, industrial waste wateremissions standard rate, industrial wastewater emissions, industrial solidwaste comprehensive utilization rate, the GDP growth rate, not the proportionof agricultural output, are GDP, and the total investment in fixed assets, per capita GDP, farmers per capita net income, per capita disposable incomeof urban residents, the proportion of non-agricultural population, thenatural population growth rate, population density, urban residents percapita housing, the number of doctors per thousand people have the22evaluation factors, constructs the evaluation index system and evaluationmodel of sustainable utilization of land resources in Fuzhou City, using theanalytic hierarchy process in Fuzhou city from2003to2011period betweenthe level of the sustainable land resource use, ability, the coordinate degreeand the comprehensive degree evaluation for. According to the evaluationresults and puts forward some suggestions on the sustainable utilization ofland resources in Fuzhou city.
