Firstly, the consideration of the project size. For small size production, should be with universal equipments to produce; for the project in mass single product, it is better to utilize special powerful equipment. And then is the designing of the air condition system. At first, the structure and the function of the air condition system was introduced. They will affect the designing of the process. And then, the designing of the product will affect the process. There is a lot of manufacturing method during production for choice; the designing plan is the crucial action for which one will be decided because the method must meet the designing. Safety, environment and the energy saving element are introduced in the last section of 2nd chapter.The chapter 3 is the designing of the process. This kind of designing is the process from setting, audit, and experiment to final decision. For this process, should have its own base and principle. The first 2 section of the chapter including the base and the principle. For the designing base, the trend of the technology, the designing plan of the product and the production size of the project are the emphasis; and for the principle, we should according to the advancement, reliability and economy. When the above were decided, the designing of the process started. In this section, we decided the main process method, parameter. Including brazing, fin forming, press method, leakage checking and assembly. And then, list 3 sets of process method according to condition method above, indicated with plan A, plan B and plan C. plan A is a minimum investment plan, it will use correspondingly few money to achieve the anticipated effect. So plan A carry on a method of using cooperation parts and then assembly them in workshop. Plan B will make the process method in FAW-Zexel to achieve a high level, cooperate with foreign partner thoroughly, and import the all the key machine, tooling and raw material, send some workers and engineers to Europe to training the process method. In this condition, FAW-Zexel will manufacture the products in the former plant of VALEO standard. Plant C pay attention to both investment amount and process method. It will use special-purpose machine for production. On the other hand, it will use localization machine as far as possible. Plan C not only reduce the cost of purchasing machine, but also raise the ability of the supplier of the key machine, generate a industrial chain to reduce the independence to the foreigner.The content of the chapter 4 is the compare and choice of the plans above. Mainly use the pay-back of the investment balance to decide the process plan. This chapter is the emphasis of the article. It decided the best plan through the estimate of investment and compare the operation cost of the project. The operation cost is the reflection of the management. The investment of plan A is the minimum in these 3 sets of plans, so its level of management is the worst in these 3, and it has the maximum operation cost. It was eliminated. Plan B use the entire import advanced machine, process method, parameters, the level of the management is the best in these 3. but it has the maximum investment. It was also eliminated. Plan C emphasize the investment cost, control it in the acceptable range. On the other hand, depending on the experience of the management and the production in FAW-Zexel, it can control the operation cost.
